Refund Policy

At TiSHASTU, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since all our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, we’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made once you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Send your request to: [support@tishastu.shop]

After reviewing your claim, we will work with Printful to process a replacement or refund.

3. Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at [support@tishastu.shop]

  • We’ll investigate the issue with Printful and the shipping carrier.

  • If confirmed lost, we’ll send a free replacement.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order gets returned or lost, we cannot offer a refund. We’re happy to reship the item, but you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

5. Order Cancellations

Because orders are automatically sent to production as soon as they are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order hasn't started production yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at [support@tishastu.shop].
